Marketing Support Coordinator

Seegrid currently has an opening for a Marketing Support Coordinator.  As the Marketing Support Coordinator, you will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to generate market awareness and drive lead generation. The position will focus on supporting the VP of Product and Marketing Specialist while the Marketing Director is out on maternity leave.  This is a temporary, 2-3 month position, with the possibility of converting to full-time.  This role, located at our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters, will report to the Marketing Specialist.   


  • Work with the VP of Product and Marketing Specialist to develop and promote videos, blog posts, ebooks, case studies, infographics, product brochures, PR, media coverage, and sales materials.
  • Manage company website by adding/editing resource content, photos, and company news
  • Utilize Adobe Create Suite and Google Docs to produce brochures, sales documents, social media images, infographics, case studies, white papers, ebooks, and other content offerings to generate market awareness and leads
  • Post Seegrid produced content and media coverage to social media accounts
  • Maintain marketing toolkit for internal and external users
  • Upload competitive research into the company’s competition database
  • Execute strategic events by coordinating event plans, attendee schedules, product demonstrations, travel, and event materials
  • Assist with photo and video shoots
  • Order promotional materials for employees and customers
  • Support the sales and training teams during customer visits as needed
  • Manage and organize complex RFP responses
  • Work with the marketing department to develop custom campaigns and sales tools to drive lead generation and market awareness for the Seegrid sales channel



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop)
  • Proficient with Wordpress and Google Docs
  • Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, and iMovie is a plus
  • Motivated, fearless, self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to strategize with a team, produce under tight deadlines, and keep a cool head under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation and professional writing
  • Ability to manage and execute strategic events
  • Proficient in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with SEO is a plus
  • Portfolio
